	- Announce events through internal or external communications channels.
- Please note
	
		- Internal events must be open to all faculty, staff and students.
- External events must be open to all members of the community. 
 
What to Expect
Events Team Responsibilities
	- Consult with requestor to determine if project aligns with strategic priority and goals. 
- Consult with requestor to determine needs, requirements and timeline.
- Communicate the status of the project to the requestor as needed.
- Ensure that all event promotional items are brand compliant.
Client Responsibilities
	- Provide the following information:
	
		- Event name, purpose and description
- Date(s), time(s) and location(s)
- Estimated number of attendees
 
- Respond to request for additional information promptly.
- Coordinate sign off with key stakeholders if required.
