Log on Issues Tips

• If you are a student, do not include livemail when signing on. This should be the format domainid@uthscsa.edu. Additionally, you should use your Canvas password to log in.
• Logging into ERMS is with your university credentials, i.e. your domain password.  If you need to reset your university domain password, please contact the IMS support desk at 210-567-7777
